Fresh homemade pastas, chocolate truffles, pasta sauce, About Us We are two dear friends who have decided to go into business together doing what we love, making food! We met many years back and have kept in touch over the years. We have been fortunate enough to have had our paths cross in the kitchen before, but now we are together as one. Both, Ryan and I, have been in the culinary field for many years and truly love what we do and are very grateful to be able to offer our pastas for sale to you through the Co Op. We have decided to go with pasta simply because we love it as well! Our pasta is made the old fashioned way by hand using all Oklahoma products. Working for years in professional kitchens around the world we have seen that pasta no matter what is always a crowd pleaser. It can be very sophisticated or a wonderful comfort food. We carefully select from producers and farmers from around the state to make sure we are giving our customers the best this state has to offer. We truly believe that it is worth the time and effort to locate and acquire these ingredients from here within the great state of Oklahoma as opposed to ordering them from a third party. We are proud of what our state farmers do for us and we are honored to work hard to make it shine in the products that we offer. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We will be making all of our pastas the "old world" style by hand using all local products. Highlights this Month This is our first month on the Co Op and we are super excited! The Black Pepper fettucinni is an all time favorite and is unique in the home.
