meats-poultry About Us The DARP Foundation was founded in 2001 by a recovering alcoholic and addict by the name of Raymond H. Jones. After struggling with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction for 26 years of his life he was given a second chance. The Lord inspired him to create a faith-based recovery program to reach out to other men and women struggling with the same disease, in hope they too would be afforded a second chance. We are thankful to say all of our birds are hand-processed using no chemicals other than vinegar and water. It has taken a team effort from a lot of sources working together to achieve this endeavor.
