Piedmontese beef, natural pork, and natural chicken About Us We began raising our own animals about 17 years ago. We direct market our beef from the pasture to the plate. We have been selling at the Tulsa Cherry Street Farmers Market for eleven years now, and ten years ago we opened our retail and USDA processing facility called Natural Farms. So we not only raise our own beef but we also do a portion of our own processing of our meat, which gives us lots of control over quality and appearance. We do our own meat processing (except the slaughter), cut our own steaks, roasts, etc. We are state inspected and do E-coli testing - when we do grind our meat, it is only ours - you do not have to worry about our ground beef getting mixed up with anyone else's because there is no-one else - which eliminates cross-contamination, e-coli, etc. We cut up the pork here raised from a local supplier,and make our own nitrite free sausages. We also have two big smokers and smoke hams, briskets, and jerky for our customers. We try really hard to support Oklahoma growers who do things the correct way - not using any growth hormones, steriods, etc. We believe there is a GREAT need in good food raised the proper way - we have way too many customers with cancers, heart illnesses, etc. - we feel a lot due to inadequate nutrition and lack of education. Naturally low in fat, calories, and cholesterol without sacrificing taste or tenderness. Each package will be vacuumed sealed in a plastic bag and properly labeled. Steaks: Rib-eyes, NY strips, Top sirloin, Round steak. Roasts: Rump, Arm, Chuck. Other: Fajita meat, Stew, Brisket, Ribs, Hamburger patties, Hamburger. Natural Farms Pork, all natural, no growth hormones, antibiotics, or steroids. Each package will be vacuum sealed in a plastic bag and properly labeled. All sausages are made in our USDA facility, nitrite free! Butterfly chops, Loin chops, Spare ribs, Italian sausage, Bratwurst, Breakfast sausage. Chicken - chicken is free range - we make the sausages here in house. |
