About Us
Hi! We are KEN and LOIS LEHMAN. We both grew up on farms up by Woodward. We married in 1951 and moved down to the big city. KEN worked in construction and we lived in Bethany until KEN retired in 1994, and we bought an average south of Tuttle. We have three gardens where we raise lots of vegetables. We don't use any pesticides or chemicals on anything. We have been raising chickens for 8 years. We have 4 different breeds. They all lay brown eggs. Right now we get mostly Jumbo and Extra Large eggs.We have some young pullets and they will start laying the last of July or the 1st part of August. We have 2 chicken tractors that we move daily so they have fresh grass to eat, they love green grass. We feed them all natural feed, it contains no antibiotics or chemicals. They are very happy hens , they sing so loud when you are gathering eggs you can't hear yourself think. We love it out here it is so peaceful and quiet.
