Products available through Farmer's Markets, Trade Shows, Fund Raiser and Ok. Food Coop. Made fresh the day before delivery without preservatives. Must be refrigerated as soon as you recieve the product to insure quailty. All products can be frozen if you are not going to consume them within a week. Browse through our Products for Sale Ingredients Most all ingredients are fresh or frozen. Products and made with untreated flour or whole grain. When at all possible we use fresh products from Oklahoma. We use Upper Red Fork flour, Christian Cheese for our cheddars, and Valley View Pecans. We buy Oklahoma grown zucchini and fruits that are available in Ok. We don't have any preservatives in our product. Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We strive to make the best quality with the least amount or no artificial colors. Our breads are made with real cherries, blueberries, bananas, nuts, carrots, pineapple etc. Our pies are made with Rhubarb, Strawberries, blackberries, raspberry, peaches, apricots, apples, pineapple, cranberries, etc. We want you to be happy with any of our products. We don't just want to sell you something we want you to be a customer for life. Additional Information If at anytime you are not happy with any of our products we will replace or do what ever it takes to make you happy. Highlights this Month I have added mini loaves this month for are more popular yeast breads. I also have hamburger buns available. Last month we started making Sour Dough and Garlic Sour Dough. These are always best if you heat them up. You can put them in the micro wave with a glass of water for about 3 seconds and wrap them in foil at 350 for about 15 Minutes.
