I am growing several strains of garlic this year. All of my garlic has been cured by hanging to dry for several weeks and is now ready to use or store. It will add a wonderful flavor to your favorite Oklahoma food recipes! Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) I do not use any herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers on my garlic. Highlights this Month This month I am offering 3 varieties of hardneck garlic for sale. Hardneck garlics are considered to be the most flavorful garlics (most garlic in supermarkets is softneck garlic). These garlics have a wonderful flavor but aren't suitable for long-term storage (use within 3 months), so enjoy them now while they are available! Some varieties did not size bulbs well this year, maybe due to the unusual spring weather. So, I am offering some 2-packs of the smaller bulbs. |
