Grassfinished lamb, pastured eggs, goat, and pork About Us We're located SE of Tryon on 80 acres in red dirt country. You may know us from the Edmond Farmer's Market, where we sold lamb and eggs for many years. Our flock of dairy-cross sheep produce consistently flavorful and succulent meat. We also raise chickens, maremma dogs, and occasionally pigs. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) We practice rotational grazing and never use pesticides, herbicides, or commercial fertilizers on our pastures. We never add growth hormones or antibiotics to our custom grain rations for the chickens, ducks, and pigs. Lambs receive no grain after weaning, finishing on pasture and hay. This promotes high levels of omega 3’s and CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) in the meat, making grassfinished the healthiest choice for your family. We make sure our animals have plenty of clean water, fresh air, and sunshine, promoting good health and happy animals. We move the animals to fresh pasture frequently, which provides better nutrition for the animal and helps build better long-term pasture health. Our meat is aged and processed at a family-owned, USDA-inspected facility in Oklahoma and is packaged and sold by the cut. We hope you enjoy our products. Thank you for choosing us as your farmer.
