all natural cheese About Us The Christian family has been in the Grade A dairy business for 51 years and has been making cheese for 13 years. We use Grade A milk to make our cheese. We use vegetable rennet and we also use annatto extract for the yellow color. Our cheeses have no preservatives. No hormones are given to our cows and no antibiotics get to the milk. Our cows are on green grass and wheat pasture in winter months. Browse through our Products for Sale Practices (our standards for raising or making our products) White New York cheddar made with Sea Salt, instead of Mineral Salt, "compared with mozzarella". Our White Jalapeno Cheddar and Yellow Jalapeno Cheddar: unlike other pepper cheeses, we make all our Jalapeno Cheese's with Cheddar, not Monterey Jack. Additional Information Cheese packages are random weights, mostly around 3/4 lb. A case of cheese is 10 pounds, approximately 14 packages. Cases can have different kinds of cheese in the case.
