all natural cheese About Us The Christian family have been in the Grade A dairy business for 49 years, and have been making cheese for 9-1/2 years. We use grade A milk to make our cheese, we use ananatta extract for the yellow color, we use vegetable rennet. Our cheeses have no preservatives, no hormones are given to the cows, and no antibiotics get to the milk.our cows are on green grass and wheat pasture in winter months.
