We have a 100 mother cow operation, pigs, pastured poultry, and pastured eggs. Our products are available on the Oklahoma Food Coop as well as numerous retail locations around the four state area. We have a 100-head mother cow operation. All of our cattle are born on our farm and fed on our farm by one of our immediate family. They are fed an all-vegetarian diet, locally grown grains, grass, and grass hay (which we raise.) Our pigs are raised in our new hoop house using the Sweedish Deep Bedding Method, which produces nutrient rich compost after the pigs are through turning thier deep bedding. Our Rhode Island Red Layers live in a portable eggmobile. It is moved every few days to new pasture paddocks. They are protected from predators by a high tech electric net. Our All Natureal Pastured Poultry are raised in portable pasture shelters to protect them from predators and the elements. They are moved to fresh pasture daily, allowing them to injest as much green matter as they would like. Our animals are not fed Antibiotics, no steroids, no growth hormones, no synthetic protiens. Additional Information Our beef and pork is processed in a USDA inspected facility. It is HAACP compliant and is located in Oklahoma and has many Oklahoma residents employed. Our poultry is processed in Arkansas at the only USDA poultry processor in the area. |
