I delight in and adore color and texture, and have especially come to appreciate working with fabrics. I was practically born at a craft show. No, really. My parents are some of the most creative and experiemental people I know. Pottery - handbuilding and throwing on a wheel; spinning, knitting, crocheting, felting and everything fiber; jewelry making; cold process soapmaking; paper arts; sewing and more. I have been immersed in this world my whole life. One of my dad's favorite stories to tell is of his little 4 year old girl on a chair at an arts fair pitching: "Hey, kid! Do Spin Art!"
