About this publication. . .
Our purpose is to develop local food systems in Oklahoma uniting sustainable, local producers with urban and rural consumers. This work is in its earliest stages, and this online website and its associated print publication are our first attempt at bringing this together. We invite suggestions (from both producers and eaters) as to how to make this information more usable, helpful, and bountiful of better times. Please suggest resources we have not found yet.
